  Hi Luka, we live in the Basement Flat in 6, King Edward's Road Hackney. E9 7SF. Matt next door in no.4 gave us your details. we are looking to have some internal works done from May 2016 including
  installing a staircase to join the lower ground floor and ground floor flats. It would be great if you could come and have a look sometime. we are also interested in recommendations for an architect
  who could draw up plans and put a planning application in for us. Thoughts on that would be welcome.

  Hello,
  
  I was wondering if you would be available to quote for a repair job. We have a small amount of water coming in through our living room wall beside a window in wet weather - it's causing the plaster
  to come away down the side of the window and there is also a wet patch in the wall about 1 foot away from the window. We're not sure what is causing this problem so need this to be assessed. It could
  be due to the brickwork or it could be due to a leak from above (there is a small felted balcony above). Replastering of the wall will also need to be done once the problem is fixed. Would you be
  able to come over to take a look and quote for this repair? We are on Mountgrove Road (N5).
